Located in the heart of Jaco Beach on Costa Rica s famed Pacific Coast, Monaco residences enjoy all the convenience of tropical luxury living in downtown Jaco. Just two blocks from the beach, Monaco is close to shopping, restaurants and nightlife. Lush gardens and elegant finishing's make this paradise the perfect place for a second home and/or investment. Monaco is conveniently situated 1.5 hours from the Juan Santa Maria International Airport in San Jose.

Our community will consist of two 4-story towers each containing 12 units.
